Can you deliver in the morning, afternoon or evening?
Unfortunately it's not possible for us to give an exact time as to when your order will be delivered. We use a 3rd party courier company to get your order to you and after they have collected from us we don't have much control over the delivery procedure. It is really down to them and the driver on the day. Variable factors like the number of deliveries and collections the driver has, the location of these and even the traffic all affect when a delivery is made and understandably it's difficult for them to give us an exact time. Just to give you an idea - the courier company we use delivers on average 800 000 parcels a week. And one driver can have anything up to 100 deliveries to make on any given day. Deliveries are usually made anytime between 8am and about 6pm Monday to Friday. Provided you have given us instructions of a safe place where your order can be left by the couriers you do not have to be in to accept your order.
